SMS Program
Last updated September 16, 2026
Jupley is managed by text message. This page describes the program, how people opt in, and how to stop.
Program description
Customers who sign up at Jupley and agree to receive texts get service messages about the home services they set up: a welcome message, reminders the day before a visit, a notice when a visit is done, notices about payment problems, confirmation questions when they ask us to change something, and replies to their questions.
How you opt in
During signup on our website, after verifying your mobile number with a one-time code, you are shown a checkbox with this text:
I agree to receive recurring text messages from Jupley at my mobile number about my home services. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You must check the box and press "Finish and text me" to opt in. If you leave it unchecked, you can still use Jupley on the website and we do not text you.
The signup page is at /signup. The consent step is the last step.
Message frequency and rates
- Message frequency varies with your services and requests. A typical customer with one weekly service receives a few messages a week.
- Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@jupley.com.
